Bryan Summers, the President of Carolina Profiles, Inc., is a highly engaging speaker with an impressive history of personal and professional achievement. Bryan is an entrepreneur who adheres to the adage, “If you love what you do, you will never work a day in your life.”

Bryan graduated with honors from the University of Tennessee with a B. S. Degree in Business Administration in 1982. He earned his MSB at Memphis State in Tennessee at Memphis in 1986. Bryan is a certified HRCI and SMEI training professional. After a lengthy career in the financial services, Bryan was recruited by Profiles International, Inc., the world’s leader and innovator in employee assessments and business solutions, to establish a Regional Office in Western North Carolina. As a result, Carolina Profiles was established in 1994 and currently includes over 50 Strategic Business Partners as part of Bryan’s sales/service team. Although North Carolina, South Carolina and Tennessee are Bryan’s primary focus, he currently has over 250 clients across the US. He has extensive experience in management training, teaching and team building.

Under Bryan’s leadership as Profiles International’s Southeast Director, Carolina Profiles has been recognized as the country’s most successful Regional Office for 10 consecutive years. Bryan has also been recognized as the National Area Director of the Year from 1999 to 2007 consecutively.
