resulted in far reaching, devastating
consequences. Traditional hiring

shockingly lax. Training was conducted in a

in one job to a different job had disastrous
effects.
After consulting with many occupational
psychologists,
human resource executives and other
professionals, Sirbasku and Haney founded Profiles
International, Inc.
to provide business and industry the

they needed to obtain information to make
